The Island Movement brings together islanders and experts passionate about contributing to the sustainable development of Croatian islands. Our network includes dozens of volunteers from across Croatia, each offering unique skills and experiences to support the organization’s work remotely.

We provide all volunteers with mentorship, valuable information, and opportunities to connect with inspiring and proactive individuals. Volunteering with us offers more than just knowledge and networking; it can lead to employment on projects that match your interests and progression within the Movement, including becoming a member of our Assembly.

For long-term volunteering, we formalize the engagement with contracts that define activities and expectations, provide adequate training, and support the volunteer’s development throughout their journey with us.
