The goal of the Island Movement is to encourage the sustainable and responsible development of Croatian islands and other rural areas and of each individual as an active member of the community. The Island Movement is a network of experts, primarily islanders and lovers of islands and island life, who together, with their knowledge, experience and passion, support, help, promote the island and life on the island. The island movement is a movement in the true sense of the word, by which we step towards a self-sufficient island community, which understands and articulates its needs, is informed about opportunities and opportunities for progress and actively participates in decision-making at all levels.
By joining the Island Movement, you agree to act and promote your ideas in accordance with the statute, code of ethics and membership regulations.
